Via Shuto Expressway Route 5: Take the Iidabashi Exit if coming from Ikebukuro/Takashimadaira, or the Nishi-Kanda Exit if coming from Ginza/Shinjuku. After exiting, follow Sotobori Dori towards Akihabara.

Animal Interaction Guidelines
  • We also cannot assume liability for damage to or soiling of clothing or personal belongings. Please enter with this understanding.
  • Entry is not permitted for those who are feeling unwell, have a fever (37.5°C or higher), or are under the influence of alcohol.
  • Children elementary school age and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+).
  • Accompanying adults: Please supervise closely to ensure the safety of both your children and the animals.
  • Re-entry is generally not permitted. However, if you need to temporarily exit (e.g., for restrooms), please speak to a staff member first.
  • To protect the health of both visitors and animals, please wash and disinfect your hands before and after interaction.
  • Our animals are easily frightened. Please be sure to touch them gently.
  • Please refrain from putting your face close to the animals, reaching towards their mouths, or pulling them towards you.
  • Please do not feed the animals anything other than the food sold at this facility. Bringing outside food into the facility is also prohibited.
  • Please refrain from using flash photography.
  • Please be aware that access limits may be imposed, certain animals may not be visible, or areas may be closed for cleaning/maintenance depending on crowd levels or other circumstances.
  • Bringing pets into the facility is prohibited. Additionally, please do not bring in items that could frighten our animals or disturb other guests.
  • We cannot assume liability for disputes between guests, nor for the loss or theft of personal belongings within the facility.
  • Guests may be asked to leave for monopolizing animals or equipment, bothering other guests, or failing to follow staff instructions. Thank you for your understanding.
  • We generally do not permit joint projects, events, media coverage, or filming initiated by parties other than corporations. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
  • Unauthorized social media live streaming by parties other than corporations is prohibited at AniTouch.
  • Social media posts for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited, except in cases where special permission has been granted by our company.
  • Any activities or filming/photography that disturb other guests are strictly prohibited. Furthermore, including other guests in photos or videos without their permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Furthermore, we assume absolutely no liability for any posts made without proper authorization or in violation of these guidelines.
